ABOUT US

Edilnew House srl was born in May on 2002, thanks to the experience gained over the years by the owner Mr. Cosimo Gemma.

The Company is dedicated to the completion of all the different types of underlays and screeds: lightweight undercoats, lf-levelling screeds, traditional floor screeds, rawl space’s insulation, industrial flooring.

We work mainly in Northen Italy, but we also have worked abroud in France, Switzerland and Spain. We have the necessary equipment to develop our business. We are able to work in any contest, at any height, in a full independent contest and with no materials on the ground.

TRADITIONAL FLOOR SCREED

The Traditional Floor Screed is used as an underlay in interiors for floors made of wood, vinyl, linoleum, moquettes and ceramic tiles.

It is made up of cement, water, sand and any additives which confer a great homogeneous mass, good workability and durability.

Thanks to our innovative machines for the production and pumping of the underlays, the traditional floor screed is automatically mixed by using separate chambers, one for the sand and one for the cement:

these two materials are mixed in a specific cistern to obtain a high quality product with a controlled dosing system.

It is possible to add fibers and quick drying additive, particulary indicated for the laying of floors which need residual humidity lower than 2,5 % within a maximum time limit of 28 days up to 5cm. The result is a product characterized by firmness which can facilitate the heat transfer of the radiant panel and a good workability of the surface, thanks to the uniformity obtained after mixing.

SELF-LEVELLING SCREED

Self-levelling screed is mixed in a horizontal mixer directly linked to the silo station and transported to the place where it is set by a continuous screw pump.

Self-levelling screed is used as an underlay in interiors for floors made of wood, vinyl, linoleum, carpet, ceramic tiles. It is particularly suitable for houses, schools, gymnasiums, offices, shops and more generally for large interior surfaces in the housing field or service industry.

Self-levelling screed is a dry premix made up of specific cements, graded sands and specific additives to improve workability and optimise the self-levelling characteristics.

FOAM CONCRETE WITH POLYSTYRENE

Foam Concrete with polystyrene (300 lt/mc ok mixing) has laid between the floor and the final screed to obtain a specific layer with low static load and increased thermal insulation.

This screed is obtained by mixing the grout made of the cement binding together with the foam obtained from the additive for foam concrete and polystyrene.

A good setting of the density of both the foam and the grout avoid a decrease in the thickness of the final product after drying.

Lay the product after setting the proper level indicators for a thickness between 5 and 20 cm.

  • acoustic insulation with sound absorbing panels
  • insulating panels for walls, floors and roofs
  • Insulating plasterboard panels
  • thermal insulation coupled with plasterboard for walls, countertops and false ceilings
  • coat insulation
  • waterproofing thermal insulators

We provide tailor-made solutions for thermal and thermal insulation, which provide significant benefits in terms of living comfort, reduction of thermal bridges, energy efficiency, and savings on winter heating and summer conditioning costs.

The daily production of our workforce is more than 100 cubic metres of leightweith undercoat, 500 square metres of self-levelling screed and 200 square metres of traditional floor screed.
